We are excited to share that starting this season PAC is partnering with SwimStrong to provide a comprehensive strength training program as well as nutritional guidance to all of our members. The program is designed to complement all of the hard work that our swimmers do in the water. All groups will benefit from custom dryland plans to match their skill level and age. We are extremely proud to share that Carly Afanasewicz is selected by USA Swimming to attend the National Select Camp in January. Coach Ryan & Carly will be travelling to Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs to join other nationally ranked age group swimmers and learn about post-race recovery, drug and supplement rules, psychological training skills, nutrition, race strategy and more.
