CARLY IS ATTENDING NATIONAL SELECT CAMP

We are extremely proud to share that Carly Afanasewicz is selected by USA Swimming to attend the National Select Camp in January.  Coach Ryan & Carly will be travelling to Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs to join other nationally ranked age group swimmers and learn about post-race recovery, drug and supplement rules, psychological training skills, nutrition, race strategy and more.

Top 6 Girls & Boys with highest Power Point Scores & Fastest 3 finishers in each event were selected from 2024 Long Course Season.  Previous olympians, such as Katie Ledecky, also followed the same steps and used this unique experience to take their swimming to the next level.
